Should Tyranny Be Accepted, Part Two

Will the People abandon the noble struggle to remain free? Will their fear of becoming unable to cope with formidable adversaries, immoral and corrupt political, financial, and media elites, consume them?

Though they may be old parchments or musty documents, the Constitution and Bill of Rights, are the sacred rights of the People and are not to be rummaged through as if some artifact at a garage sale. They were written by enlightened individuals who opened their eyes to a world of new possibilities as guided by omnipotence in an effort to harness virtue for the good of the People. What they provided the People were the motivations and values, the spirit of liberty that resides in the heart of every individual, that which brought forth a nation where all political power derives from the People, and where they alone would be responsible to guard the spirit of liberty, and the Constitution.

Nevertheless, the People must remain aware of the question, were the gifts and virtues which omnipotence has granted, only to make them more submissive, to be forfeited to the ambitions and avarice of a few? No. These noble gifts, so equally bestowed upon the People, regardless of race, religion, or creed, with a purpose and law, executed with reasonable wisdom, and expressed in the plainest language, so that they would be equally employed to all. The hope was to be deeply impressed the People with a sense of it all, how exceedingly important it is to all, and how intimately the welfare of the children who are the future are connected to it, so that those who are to have a share in making as well as in judging and executing the laws are individuals of wisdom and integrity.
